His Citation reads: Cliff took up refereeing a few years ago and has transformed the way people experience tournaments. He is enthusiastic and always happy to adapt to make sure everyone can participate. He runs events at West Warwicks, Weoley Hill and Kings Heath with great professionalism and dedication
Cliff gives juniors an opportunity to get started in competitions through organising team Challenge events for all abilities and ages. Players who have previously lacked confidence in competing have flourished under Cliff’s ability to create a fun and friendly environment.
Cliff also supports the county at the County closed and organises a team Challenge event ion the Wednesday to encourage lower rated players to experience this great week in the County Calendar. Cliff is extremely popular with players and parents alike.
